Lifetime Adventure in Wildlife, Birding, Nature, Observation Towers, River Paddle-canoe, Amazon Trails, Giant Otters, Black-Caiman, Napo Islands

Day 1 

FLIGHT TO COCA & ARRIVAL AT NAPO WILDLIFE CENTER 

• Pick up from your hotel in Quito and transfer to Quito Airport. A 30 minute flight to Coca in the Amazon Basin to start your amazon tour. Once at Napo Welcoming Area you will start a 2-hours trip on a motorized canoe downstream the Napo River will lead you to NWC Bocana and from there on you will embark into a small paddle canoe through the Napo River creeks that connect to the Anangu Lake, observing Monkeys, Giant Otters, Birds, Anacondas and other diverse wildlife. Afternoon arrival to Napo Wildlife Center and Observation Tower at the Lodge. Welcome ceremony and drinks.  
• Overnight at Napo Wildlife Center Luxury Lodge, Standard Cabin.  Meals: B/L/D

Day 2

AMAZON TRAIL, OBSERVATION TOWER, MANAKIN HIDE, AND RIVER PADDLE CANOE 

• Early in the morning, after a delicious breakfast, you will be taken to a canopy observation tower where you will observe the amazon rainforest 36 meters above the ground. It’s a great way to experience the nature and to observe Hawks, Parrots, Puffbirds, Macaws, Monkeys, Sloths and Woodpeckers. Later in the day, you will hike through the forest where you can possibly observe lizards or the rare Golden-mantled Tamarin Monkey plus possible the Hide of the Wire-tailed Manakin. Afterwards, return by canoe to the Lodge where you can observe the great Black-Caiman and White-capped Herons or Anacondas around the lake. 
• Overnight at Napo Wildlife Center Luxury Lodge, Standard Cabin.  Meals: B/L/D

Day 3

RIVER PADDLE CANOE, AMAZONIAN UMBRELLABIRD FOREST, PARROT CLAY LICKS, NAPO WILDLIFE CENTER

• Morning birding through the Anangu Creeks to possible observe Great Potoo, Sungrebe, and Amazonian Umbrellabird. Continue to Napo River Parrot Clay Lick and then to Napo Wildlife Center Parrot and Scarlet Macaw Clay Lick.  After lunch visit the Kichwa Anangu community where you will spend some time with the people from the community, share and learn about their traditions and culture. Return in the afternoon to the lodge.  
• Overnight at Napo Wildlife Center Luxury Lodge, Standard Cabin.  Meals: B/L/D

Day 4

RETURN TO QUITO BY PLANE - FREE NIGHT AT OUR LODGE WITH PRIVATE BIRDING RESERVE 

• In this final day, you will have one last canoe ride in the Napo River where you might be able to see Giant Otters, Hoatzins, monkeys, and other wildlife. Return to Coca City to take your flight back to Quito (included). Pick up from the airport at noon. Transfer in to our Lodge near the airport. Leisure afternoon in our birding reserve and hummingbird gardens. Farewell Dinner. 
• Overnight at Hacienda Jimenita - Travellers Choice Award, Double Room. Meals: B/L/D

Day 5

AIRPORT TRANSFER

After breakfast transfer to Quito Airport. Alternative extension to our Birding Tours or Galapagos Islands. End of Services.
