The dining room has two rooms: one inside and one outside, where guests can enjoy the tranquility of the garden and beautiful views of birds and about 8 species of hummingbirds in the gardens.

Traditional Ecuadorian food but also international dishes and special menus for people who have restrictions in their diets is served in the two spaces. All prepared with organic products, fruits and spices, many of which are obtained in the orchards of the same property. The personal attention of the owners of "La Jimenita" in this and other areas, is one of the keys to make guests feel at home. The elegant and rustic at the time of the farmhouse suites are comfortable and spacious. Each is named after a volcano in the Ecuadorian highlands and all have different decorations.
